Time for another book tag! It's getting pretty close to the end of the year, which means that it's the perfect time for this wrapping-things-up tag. I also did this tag last year , but I think it's a great thing to do every year! Are there any books you've started this year that you need to finish? There are quite a few, especially ones that I've put down for who knows how long, but the two that I'm really planning on are THE ICE CREAM QUEEN OF ORCHARD STREET and MORE THAN WE CAN TELL . Do you have an autumnal/wintery book to transition into the end of the year? I was struggling to think of something for this, but then I remembered that I have TOIL & TROUBLE ! I've been talking a lot about how I'm behind in my Goodreads challenge, and it occurred to me that there are probably other people in the same boat. What better way to catch up on your challenge than reading short books? I've put together a list of some of my favorite short books in each of eight categories. I didn't put individual page counts, but the range is with the category name and I listed them from shortest to longest. Every single book here is fewer than 300 pages, and most are under 250. No matter what kind of short books you want to read to catch up, you'll (hopefully) find something you'll like! Time for another tag! I'm nowhere near being out of fall book tags to do, fortunately. I've found a whole bunch of Booktube videos with this tag, so I decided to give it a go! Crunching leaves: The world is full of color. Choose a book that has reds/oranges/yellows on the cover. I think ILLUMINAE by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff fits this best - it definitely has all of those colors! Maybe not in the most strictly autumnal setting, but that's okay. Cozy sweater: It's finally cold enough to don warm cozy clothing. What book gives you the warm fuzzies? THE SUMMER OF JORDI PEREZ by Amy Spalding is super summery, but it's a new favorite that I absolutely adored and I have to talk about it for this! It was absolutely delightful and I was grinning the whole time I was reading. Fall storm: The wind is howling and the rain is pounding. Choose your favorite book or genre that you like to read on a stormy day. I'm cheating a bit with this because this is
